Amy Mosser President

Amy founded GDE Group LLC to support companies and leadership teams in achieving their goals. She brings expertise as a former General Manager, functional VP, COO, Chief Growth Officer, and CEO, with profit and loss responsibilities spanning $15 million to $100 million, in high-growth, mature, and financially troubled organizations. Her career spans commercial and not-for-profit organizations in the USA and the UK.

Her work with the Boards of national not-for-profits and private companies provides her with a versatile understanding of governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements, with depth in healthcare.

She has tackled digital transformations, company crises, sales and marketing challenges, talent management, and operational process automation, including the use of AI tools. Amy has led an acquisition deal team, performed formal due diligence, and successfully integrated acquisitions.

Amy is on the Advisory Board of Lumenalta and the Board of the Oakton College Educational Foundation. She is a former board member of The Sequoia Project in Washington, DC, and the Youth Job Center in Chicago.

She has an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in mathematics from Northwestern University. She is an active alumnus of both universities. Amy and her family live in Chicago.
